Developed by Forest City Ratner Companies (FCRC), Ridge Hill in Yonkers, New York, will be a dynamic and diverse mixed-use project, featuring some 1.3 million square feet of retail space, including shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It will also include about 160,000 square feet of office and research facilities, as well as a hotel and conference center. Ridge Hill’s residential component will comprise up to 1,000 apartments, of which 200 will be for over-55 active adults and 135 will be affordable units.

Ridge Hill will bring to Yonkers a total of more than 9,000 jobs and over $24 million a year in new tax revenues, money that can be used to improve local schools or meet other pressing needs.
